Mohamed Salah, Joel Matip, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Fabio Carvalho and Kostas Tsimikas visited the hospital’s Institute in the Park building to surprise the youngsters and help to spread some festive cheer.

I was in alder hey when I was 4 being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and Phil Thompson & king Kenny both sat down with me and my grandad and told us some amazing stories the only player I can remember in 99 who was there was Fowler since that day I have been a red (my dad is a smelly blue nose btw for context 😂)
These videos always leaves me teary, humanity ahead of every other thing.
