i have to correct you guys , tunisians in tourism places , they actually don't gift you and then tell you to pay , that never happens , they give gifts to the tourists so they can present a good image for tunisia , and also leave a good memory for you , they make good amount of money that's why they give things for free, but for example you have to dodge such people as that one that asked for 20 dinars each to buy beer, if i was with you i would beat that guy because he presents a bad picture of people in tunisia , he is unemployed and would ask his employed friends when they get the check to give him 10 dinars , there is such people like that in centre ville
