Having been born in northern Italia, we do in fact have Fettuccini Alfredo frequently and it can be found in our restaurants as well. We call it Pasta Bianco. I will concur that we don't put chicken in it.

Loving the videos!! Thanks so much for posting. I have a question- anyone who knows can answer: How does order pickup work if you do a grubhub/call-in order? Do you actually just go to the front of the line? In the midwest there's often plenty of space and a separate section/register area to line up/interact with a server if necessary. So many places in NYC look so small that it seems like it would feel weird/too close for comfort to cut the line. Any tips/etiquette suggestions?
