Today is my first full day exploring the beautiful city of Kolkata West Bengal. The day started off great heading out to explore and experience my first impressions of the city. After strolling around, I came across a protest and spoke to some locals about what was happening. After, I went to search for cricket jerseys and did some negotiating on the price with a few salesmen. Later in the video, I headed over to Howrah Bridge and stopped by to try out an Egg Roll. During that time, I had a man attempt to rob me but luckily I had zippers on my pockets so when he lunged for my phone he was unsuccessful on grabbing it.

Calcutta is quite safe as it goes. There are a few fast guys around like everywhere, so be aware of your pockets as you would know. I have seen the demonstrations at Esplanade as they are happening a few times a week. Not dangerous, but if the hard hats are on, be careful when you video because the people will run everywhere.
