Arsen, when departing either BKK airport or Don Mueang airport, can you use Grab or Bolt for a taxi or they are not allowed in either airports. I know they have the taxi's out front waiting for passengers when you get your ticket. Your doing a very good job of explaining everything going on in Thailand, thanks.
Hi Arsen, how are you? Next month, I will travel to Lao first, flying from France in BKK airport, and having a connecting flight in DMK. 2 weeks later, I will move back from Lao to Manilla in the Philippines, also transiting in Bangkok from DMK to DMK (I have to collect my luggage, then go out before register for the 2nd flight (different company) . Finally, after 3 weeks there, I will come back to Thailand for 2 weeks, before flying back to France. So i have some questions about visa and re-entry permit. Is the first flight connection (simple change of airport) considered as the start of the standard 30 days visa or not, just a simple transfer? Do I need a re-entry visa for this flight company change when coming back from Lao, even if I stay in DMK airport? Then after the stay in the Philippines, do I need something special, as it will be 5 weeks later my first arrival in Bangkok? I must say I am a little bit lost. Thanks for your help

Hi Arsen, i will be in Thailand for 35 days and im planning to go to Cambodgia for my 2nd week for 6 days and then come back to Thailand for the rest of my trip. What do you recommend to do with the Visa/exemption/re-entry permit? Should i extend to 60days and then pay the re-entry permit or not? I will be on a limited budget so the best option at lowest cost please! Thanks in advance

I Always used Don mueang Airport and stayed nearby. Only used that other airport once. Public transportation is so good, easy to understand like Seoul korea and cheap in Bangkok. No need to stay near Central Bangkok and spend lots of money on hotel fee.

Do you need a re-entry visa if you're from a country where you don't need a visa to go to Thailand but you simply get a visa stamp when you arrive and go through immigration?
