Courgettes are so easy to grow, so many different types. When fresh straight from the garden they are well worth the extra attention. I add a pinch of dried herbs and a sprinkle of cayenne into the flour before frying 👍

Hum, not sure about this, but will try it with one zucchini and with the other, after coating with flour, will use egg wash and then grate 12-month Manchego with some sweet smoked paprika coat it, and then continue with cooking process. Have a feeling the cheese version will be even better. (I'll omit the honey with the cheese version).

Love your videos but i noticed that you keep gesturing all the time with your hands making fists slappinp your hands etc… this gets anoying after a while you should try to express yourself without always flipping clppping or touching your hands all the time…besides that your recipies are verry interesting🎉🎉😮😮
