Let me start off by saying, I loved this 2020 ALPHA 125′ SuperYacht! Such a Unique think-outside-of-the-box Layout! I think it’s a Perfect Miami & Caribbean Liveaboard & Charter Flybridge Motor Yacht. Some of my personal Fav features were: The Convertable Cockpit, The Galley, the Owner’s suite, and of course the Gigantic Flybridge/ Sundeck. This was hands down the Largest Sundeck on a boat of this size I have ever seen!
She is currently listed for sale for $10.5M. Enjoy the Tour!

Winter garden?
The only changes I’d make; enclose 3/4 of the fly bridge, move the helm to the fly bridge, turning the current helm into a country kitchen or cozy lounge. Otherwise the whole 38m is an NBBL…lol… Brilliant showing, have a fantastic week U2!

The enclosable space is usally called a Winter Garden. Aquaholic had one on a yacht he toured. It is essentially a Greenhouse.

Just a quick note if no one has pointed it out already, but it's not "Monaco, France", it's just "Monaco". It's a monarchy (principality) and a sovereign state, not a part of France.
I want to see the hard top on a fly bridge lower to the railing, to lower overall height for bridge clearence and to secure everything on the fly bridge for crossings. Push a botton and lift the hard top when you want the fly bridge for entertainment.
Are there standard bed sizes for yachts that are not the same for homes? I notice you guys sometimes mention other dimensions. Who makes all these odd sizes and beds with odd angles?

I like how they've gone their own way with the design. A lot of companies seem to copy one an other but thisd is refreshingly unique.
Great tour as usual. For some reason I was not particularly taken with this yacht & don’t know why. Perhaps it was the shear size of the social areas with little to no intimate spots to settle into for a quiet conversation or a good book to read. A party yacht for sure but it didn’t feel like a family boat to just hang on. Everyone to their own liking but not what I would spend $10.5 million on. Thanks to you both though for giving us this to look at.🙏🇨🇦👌
Technically you are in the sovereign country of Monaco. There is no such thing as Monaco, France. That’s equivalent to saying Canada, USA. You had your location on the intro. Yes it’s petty.

Wow for a ship. I´m amazed that the draft is only 1,95 m – very good. Like how good the crew quarters are and that party deck (fly bridge). Tender most likely drag option like you want.
A flybridge to me means usually a smaller deck on the top of a boat with a helm and maybe some living space. This is more of a sky lounge/flybridge hybrid, which to me on this particular boat would be a Skybridge.
Those umbrellas look good, which in hindsight they are, but you can’t open them up on any kind of windy day.
The teak is run port to starboard vs forward to aft. Your on a boat!
With Victoria's fashion style you could launch a clothing line, not just merchandise.

Refrigerators are great. Putting the food in width wise vs depth. Would be a good idea for your new Bearing.
