I guess this vlog is primarily for first time travellers. Besides Thailand most other countries have restrictions on what you can bring in that’s duty free or otherwise. Just check on arrival restrictions for the country you travelling to. Most travellers are having to do it anyway post Covid.

Hi Arsen regarding medications some people are on prescribed opioid products etc even fentanyl these are an absolute no-no to bring unless you aquire an import export license from the Thai government just go to the website you need to apply more than 30 days out from your trip with very strict conditions so don't think that you can just rock up with this medication because if you really need it they will seize the drugs maybe fine or detain you either way your trip to Thailand won't be enjoyable cheers CeAjaye
so the customs can ** * thereselves because I don't smoke And do not I have any drugs I will be travelling just on my own no suitcase I would just buy the stuff while I'm out there what's the point in taking it all with you only your mobile phone and whatever you want bits and pieces

Just check out Thai consulate and don't bother watching this long video save yourself some time

Can you stop wearing masks for no reason?
In five years of traveling to Thailand never had problems with pills, vitamins, food like peanut butter jelly chocolate bars. I brng my drone to. They have more serious thing to care about.
Never had a problem with vitamins and the over the counter pills I bring for every ailment – headaches through tummy upset etc.

On the subject of medication, if you are a type 1 diabetic, do not fly with VietJet. They took my needles from me when I tried to take a flight and insisted that I paid for hold luggage just for a box of needles. It's in their T&C's but it's pretty well hidden. It's the only airline that has ever had an issue with my needles and I have been traveling for 25 years.

Your last point about power packs was wrong, you have to carry them in your hand luggage not your hold luggage and they have to be below a certain size
Glad that our 4 luggages were not checked but we are not bringing those items and the reason we are bringing 4 luggages is we are traveling to the Philippines.😂

Thailand airport look busy. Singapore airport not much tourists coming maybe is sin Dollar $$$ and Singapore more expensive $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Food? Alcohol? meds that are not prescription? Why would you bring those. Cigarettes i can kind of sort of go along with it ( though i do not smoke) but food and alcohol? common now. Be adventurous Thai cuisine is exquisite especially if you love spicy food. If you want something more western than that is an option 2. Even meds are about 10x cheaper than in your home country anyway except the prescribed meds, haven't had any experience with those.

Not sure if they check the power-banks in the airport in Thailand if you carry them on the plane but I got stopped in London last year after going through the X-ray machine because you are only allowed ones with a certain amount of power.

Nothing wrong with bringing Advil (Ibuprofen) to Thailand. I do it all the time and I've read the rules and it says it's OK. Strangely they don't seem to sell Advil in Thailand. Although you can often buy antibiotics and even Xanax over the counter there.
