It's important to note: The Kishi included with the Razer Edge is the only model wit ha headphone jack. The one you can pick up at the store for $100 doesn't have one.
Also: The ram controversy is because they had both models listed with 8GB for months in multiple places on their website, and then fumbled the solution. I ultimately returned my unit.
at this time, the kishi v2 does not have a headphone jack. the kishi included with the razer edge is the kishi v2 pro, which they do not sell yet. I bought a backbone because it has a headphone jack.

Seriously, If Razer would make a Switch Competitor. Rather than using an android platform. They should've just release a windows portable gaming consoles. Which is far better than android. That way. It can be a REAL SWITCH COMPETITOR. But here on ASIA, they're gonna have a hard time selling them as most people now owns a Steam deck. GPD WIN MAX 2, Onexplayer 8.4 and the Mini, And Aya Neo air/pro/2.
Just like your assertion without research that the RP3+ could not play Game Cube or PS2 very well (It plays a lot well), you seem wrong here as well. The display ratio is a waste for most content and the curved corners ruin it for content that does.
The big idea behind the Razer Edge and the new Snapdragon G3X SoC is to push Android gaming to the next level. There's supposed to be an SDK released alongside the G3X as well.
I'm not sure how much they're sticking to that original vision, but it would be nice if Android as a platform moved past the current mobile gaming market trends.

I like the concept, but they need to add handles for large hands. Like a PS controller has, that reach into the palm. It has a similar shape to the much cheaper Gamesir X2 Pro and even though everything about it was perfect, it was just not comfortable to hold for long.
14:35 idk about Ryujinx but Yuzu works well on the Deck, hell you can even make the gyro work like it does on switch with Yuzu (like I said I don't know about Ryujinx) and the gyro works with Cemu too I hear.
IF razer wanted to sell more "edges", then all they need to do is… hmmm, well, I don't know…maybe: MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR PPL OUSIDE THE US?!?!?!…. just spitballing here

The “value” will easily goes up if it can easily emulate Switch games at 60fps. Other than that better off buying a real smartphone.
If you got any 8gen2 phone and you buy razer Kishi controller is even better performance. I just don’t see any advantage for a device like this. Is like small tablet or a phone without calls😂 yes if you have crap android or iPhone. But is not better just to upgrade android phone??
