  1. Me for the first hour and a half: bored out of my mind like I rarely have in the entire history of CR.
Me watching Imogen's dream, followed by Laudna/Ashton and Fearne/Orym conversations: 😲😲😲Fack yeah, finally! More of that pleaaaase!

  2. I want Dorian and Opal back so goddamn bad you have no goddamn idea. I love Aimee Carrero. I’ve always been a huge fan ever since She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. Her character was so cool, all that drama was such bullshit, she deserves the world. Dorian and Robbie were fam favorites of EXU and it was so goddamn warranted.

  3. Man like, what if they fail and the cataclysm is so powerful that it just—kills them all? And they start up with new characters to carry out whatever comes next? The sheer scale of this is just kind of mindboggling…

  4. I enjoy this season, but I feel the whole are the gods good or bad or whatever is getting a bit overplayed. I get that they may be doing this to wipe them out to have clean slate/break from Wotc for copyright reasons or something or other. It just bothers me that in a world were a god or goddesses presence is actually shown/felt 5/7 of the main cast members characters are just kinda meh about the whole thing? FCG is seemingly being played kinda for laughs in his beliefs and Orym is the only one who may have a belief in the wild mother. One thing that's not been brought up in character isn't just the fact a lot of people could die due to the gods being eaten or whatever, but they don't bring up the dead. They travel planes and know souls exist, but they've not even stopped to consider what happens to the souls of the countless dead who are residing on the planes with their god of choice or whomever claimed them. If said god dies, then what happens to all those souls? Will the dead rise again? Will they be absorbed by Predathos? Will they cease to exist fully? There are so many points not addressed by the characters, which I suppose can be they don't wanna spend the majority of an episode discussing what if's but it's tiring to me to see this trope being played out again in another medium cause Anime, Games, and a fair amount of books do it.

Still love the show I just am predicting that what will happen is even they take out this key, but no one takes out the shadow key Predathos escapes and eats all the gods or whatever. Maybe it will be a second calamity, but with the effects of the lack of dieties in the world which kept some kinda balance and stuff gets even weirder. Like people don't stay dead, planes mix, or worse, nothing happens at all. Which would just be silly imo if there are no consequences for the gods suddenly leaving. Just my two cents.

  5. well i have a question, why is Ira back with the Calloways? I mean the last time we saw him he escaped with the crown leaving Bells Hells with nothing and hinted that he has no more use of the Calloways, even more so that he charmed them to do his bidding and they discovered that by letting Imogen going through their memories. So why the hell is Ira with them? The first thing they should have done after seeing him again was maybe fight him or confront him about how he used them, but they are going with their business like nothing has happened, i understand that maybe Matt needed a place where Ira could have been found by the group and still be on route for the excavation site but this seems a little bit stretched and out of the blue

  6. I get how FCG can be frustrating with his newly found faith, especially with it being coin flip based, but doesn’t it seem like the party is being a little hard on him about it sometimes? Honestly just want to understand a bit better.

  7. I want to see a "crossover" event, where the Crownkeepers, the Mighty Nein and Vox Machina all have their own adventures related to the Solstice to save the world. With Allura pulling together the Nein and Vox Machina, Vox Machina delegating stuff to Bells Hells and the Hells getting the Crownkeepers in the mix. That would be an appropriate "Endgame" event. Get Brennan to GM Vox Machina, Abrya to do the Crownkeepers and Matt doing the Nein and the Bell's Hells.

  8. There is a point that gets made, subtly, in this episode. It's the same point that made Thanos' writing in the MCU so, so much better than his comics incarnation.

If you're trying to do a big, catastrophic thing that upends all the world and harms a BUNCH of other people in the process? And you're totally fine with all that harm being done, and you're looking forward to people being grateful to you when the dust has settled? Because it'll 'make things better' ?

You're not doing it for altruistic reasons, no matter what you tell other people. Or yourself. You're not even necessarily doing it for the typical selfish reasons.

You're doing it because you want to be right .

How much horror in the real world has been inflicted, because people wanted to be right against all reason to the contrary?

  9. So, why are they planning on ending the campaign so early? If this is the end-all-be-all then that means Matt is not planning on playing that much more, Seems more like Matt is just trying to create a more cinematic campaign and not actually do Dungeons & Dragons.
