First thing u will realize is that thai people are slave mask sheep and are completely brainwashed
Another thing to remember, especially for people coming from the "right-hand traffic" countries (Ex: U.S. & most countries around the world), Thailand is a "left-hand traffic country." Be careful when crossing the streets.
I almost got hit by a car after stepping out of the airport, because I forgot to look on the right side first. Also, it took me a couple of days to remember that I needed to get into the passenger side of a vehicle on the left.

Taxi rank bkk… 2 times A taxi driver asked 500 bht… i just said meter… both times they did..
i heard price for everything raised up a lot.. how much now for a coconut ? my most favorite item there and some others, but i can understand by this if i know how much a green coconut water cost on street. thanks in advanced.

It’s usually on meter but the last time I was there during Aug 2022 the driver told me I got additional luggage he will charge me one amount and no meter , I told him no and walk back to the line and ask for the person in charge for help , he scolded the driver and change another taxi for me ..
