Whenever you think of vanlife in the Sahara, you think Morocco right? Well we’re here to tell you that there is another option… vanlife in the TUNISIAN Sahara!!
Everything on YouTube and Instagram is filled with vanlife Morocco and the Moroccan desert but it doesn’t have to be! We have driven our 2wd van from England all the way to the south of Tunisia and we think it is bloody AWESOME.
Join us as we drive our self built campervan into the Sahara, meet an amazing local man and find one of the most epic park ups we’ve ever lived vanlife at! The silence of the desert, the feeling of space and tranquility is something we’re so lucky to have experienced and want to share this with you!

The café we visited is called Café La Port du Desert and the owners name is Haamed if you want to say hi!

I know a chap who drove a Citroen 2 cv for Ireland to Cape Town overland 50 years ago with his new wife to visit his brother . The said to me were going around the world in our yacht , which he did about 7 years ago . Have fun and enjoy your selves , cleaning the sand out of every ware .❤👍👍😎🤓😀

It’s snowing up North the last couple of days. astonishing landscape in the North looks like being in Europe. I’m talking about Ayn Darahim. But probably not the best idea if you’re not carrying snow chains. But youse being from a cold place you’re might not be interested lol you’ve already have seen snow. Amazing journey happy you visited my country glad to see you enjoying it so far. Take care. If you need any help let me know.
