There have been a couple times in my life when I found myself in what I would call a “best friend group” of three people (myself included) rather than just myself and one other person. In all cases, we have all had one letter that the three of us share, and then at least one letter in common with one other person. That sounds confusing, but let me demonstrate with my high school bff triangle:
Person 1: INFJ
Person 2: ISFP
Person 3: ESFJ
So, all are Fs. Then, Person 1 & Person 2 are both Is, Person 1 & Person 3 are both Js, and Person 2 & Person 3 are both Ss.

A similar set was true for another bff group I was in, except in that case, it played out as follows:
Person 1: INFJ
Person 2: INTJ
Person 3: ENTJ
In this case, we were all Ns & Js, and while Person 1 & 3 have two letters different, Person 2 is only one letter away from both Person 1 & from Person 3.

Anyway, I just think it’s so interesting how groups of three can form this kind of ride-or-die by having similarities & differences that complement each other so well!!

Things I’ve noticed:
If you remove the first letter of your type, you get a person very similar to you, the difference being that you’ll be a little bit better and a little bit worse a certain things and vice versa. For example, since I’m an INTP, I have the same preferences and non-preferences as ENTPs, but everything gets swapped around a bit. I have Ti dom and Ne aux, whereas ENTPs have Ne dim and Ti aux. This applies to every type, and the pattern continues throughout the rest of the main and shadow stacks. Second thing, if you replace the second letter of your type with it’s opposite, but keep the rest of the letter the same, you get someone sees the word the very different from you, but makes judgments and decisions the same way. Using my parents as an example, my mom is an ISFJ and my dad is an INFJ. ISFJs have Si dom and Ni demon, and INFJs have Ni dom and Si demon, but they both have the exact same placements for their judging functions, so they can relate to each other while balancing each other out. Same thing applies to removing the third letter, but this time the way you perceive the world will be very similar and the way you make judgments and decisions will be very different, like me and the many INFPs I know. If you remove all of the letters, like you did in this video, you get someone with all 4 of your preferred functions, but in the opposite order, which affects relations the way you stated, so I don’t need to go into that. Removing the first and last letters gives you your shadow type, so one of using my type as an example again, an INTPs shadow would be ENTJ. I have Ti dom and Te opposing, and ENTJs have Te dom and Ti opposing, I have Ne aux and Ni critical, and ENTJs have Ni aux and Ne critical. The list goes on. We both prefer thinking but in different ways and we both prefer intuition but in different ways, we both have Tx dom+Nx aux+Sx Tert+Fx but in different ways. If you replace the last letter of your type, you get your rival types video, so I won’t go into that either. Now for the one that I personally don’t think is talked about enough, replacing both the second and third letters of your type. These two types are exact opposites from hero to demon, which can either make for a strong dynamic or a “where the heck is your brain right now” type relationship. Me and my ISFP little brother for example this time. We’re very close and hang out all of the time, even though I don’t understand him the majority of the time, but we balance each other out, which is probably why people confuse me for an INFP sometimes, even though Fi is my demon function. That’s not always the case though, especially when you’re not being forced into the same household. If anyone else have experiences with their total opposite type, feel free to share.

I think this isn’t always like that, as an intp I don’t really like the ESFJs I’ve met, specially bc they always tell me what’s “wrong” and “right” and what I have to do, and they always complain abt me being lazy and they tell me that I should go out with friends and make more friends, and it gets on my nerves

8:19 I'm sorry I'm disagree with you Frank James. Understanding between same type works on Infjs unless one of them is mistyped/fake infjs (speaking from my own experience). Yes there are differences between two Infjs but they'll understand each other well than other types
