Favourite psycho/Telekinetic movie… Am I allowed to say 'Trancers'?
Hmmm. All the good ones have been mentioned repeatedly already, but I don't think I saw the worst of all TK movies brought up – 1982's Scott Baio vehicle Zapped!, one of the least funny teen sex comedies of its decade. Dreadful. Not to be confused with Disney's 2014 Zapped (no exclamation point) which is more about mind control. Since the precendent has been established, I expect the inevitable Zapped?, #Zapped and @Zapped films to be along any day now.
Speaking of Disney, the Cat From Outer Space (1978) also had TK (and telepathy) as a major element, even if they were largely being used by the titular xenofeline. I'm vaguely surprised that one never got a sequel or remake or whatever, unlike (say) That Darn Cat.

Brian De Palma's film of John Farris' "The Fury" is my favorite telekinetic film. It stars Kirk Douglas, but it's much more a showcase for the underrated Amy Irving, and John Cassavetes makes a truly hissable villain. Filled with incredible set pieces and a brilliant John Williams score, it's a fun, exciting, and satisfying film.
